Just Soil promotes regenerative agriculture by managing unaddressed organic waste in upstream agricultural supply chains to restore degraded land while tackling emissions.
EMPTY FRUIT BUNCHES
When a palm tree grows, it produces fresh fruit bunches which are pressed into palm oil. The empty fruit bunches can not be used. As a result, this produces 295 million tons of waste every year worldwide.
RECYCLING THE WASTE
In order to reuse these unaddressed waste, we mix the waste with a biological solution which degrades the waste with as little GHG emissions as possible. 30 days later, we will have change the wastes into an organic fertilizer.
FERTILIZING THE SOIL
Our organic fertilizer is distributed to the smallholder near our recycling plants. This helps to improve the quality of degraded land, increase productive acreage for smallholder farmers and to reduce the need for deforestation.
